I visited your restaurant today for a takeaway order. I ordered: • 2 plates Mysore Bajji • 1 Poori • Sambar Vada – 2 pcs Before leaving, I even asked your staff if the Sambar Vada was packed and they confirmed yes. But after reaching home, I found that the Sambar Vada was completely missing. This is extremely disappointing. It feels like takeaway customers are treated as very low priority while all attention is given to online orders like Zomato. Instead of wasting my ₹50 on something I never received, it would have been better to give that money to a homeless person who would actually value it. Istas cafe you are doing very nice job and keep it up.
