It was a very pathetic experience, I am pure vegetarian and visited this restaurant for kids as they can enjoy the food served on train. But it was a very pathetic experience as we ordered Veg Soup and staters, the starter was received on train and as soon as the train stoped on my table I see that and alive sitting inside the engine has jump out on our table and feel in the soup in front of my daughter...the restaurant manager came and asked what happened I told him the situation and he was sorry for this. I asked him what the hell is this, can I trust the quality of food or not.....he told I am sorry we will change the food and table for you but I told no I don't want to continue but as he requested we sat on another table and after some time we see Cockroaches were running on the tables and the washroom were very dirty and stinking... I don't suggest anyone to go to this restaurant

ambience can be improved as we saw cockroaches here and there. bathrooms were stinking and can be maintained well. little disappointing when we take kids with more expectations
