My experience at Istanbul Rolls and Grills was a bit underwhelming. The waiting time was much longer than expected—they initially mentioned 20 minutes, but it took over 40 minutes to get my order. Additionally, there is no seating, which makes the wait even more inconvenient. I tried the shawarma roll, but it wasn’t very satisfying. The ingredients weren’t evenly distributed—all the veggies were on top, while the meat was at the bottom, which affected the overall balance of flavors. The meat itself was overcooked, lacking the expected juiciness.
