I tried reaching out to Chicking via message today to check if there were any ongoing offers. Unfortunately, they saw my message but did not respond. I feel customer queries should be addressed promptly, especially when it comes to offers or promotions. This was quite disappointing. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
