I have called istah shawarma today and the person who received my call (abhinav) is a co owner of it
I asked him who's the owner of this business and he said me that he is a manager and will inform me after asking over there
I had ordered online from Zomato for a Full Grill Chicken and a Shawarma. The delivery guy delivered half Grill chicken and shawarma instead of a Full Grill Chicken.
I raised a complaint with Restaurant and the guy who answered my call was KRANTI KUMAR. He quickly understood my concern and asked me if I can have a replacement or a full refund.
I choose a replacement. To my surprise he went to another branch of Sizzling near 100ft road hitechc ity as there were none left with Gachibowli and got me a new Full Grill Chicken with a Complimentary drink for the hassle and delay.
This is what I call Best Customer Service. Kudos to Kranti and the Sizzling Shawarma team.
