The hostess and the staff are welcoming , the ambience is great and well spaced tables , but it ends there …the food is horrible , the dinner buffet was such a let down I dint even bother complaining , because you can’t really complain about so many things and ruin your time ..I keep visiting now and then , the breakfast buffet is slightly better .. please fire your cooks and cooking staff , I see most of them just opening lids on buffets to check on the food , but they ain’t doing a thing ..the chefs and kitchen folks needs to be fired and restaffed

The service experience at Amara was extremely disappointing. When calling for a reservation, I was misinformed about their breakfast policy and current wait times. Upon arrival, I was denied entry despite being told earlier that walk-ins were welcome and there was no wait. The staff showed no willingness to resolve the issue, leaving me feeling completely disappointed. This miscommunication resulted in a wasted trip to the restaurant. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Amara to others (likelihood to recommend: 1/10). The restaurant's poor communication and lack of customer service make it an establishment to avoid.
