Infinitea : The staff is not courteous with no basic manners. Washrooms are dirty whereas the rates are sky high. The restaurant was amazing till few months back but now it has turned below average. Need serious introspection by the management. Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 3

I recently joined the Infinitea sports club in Palampur, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of their swimming program. Both the swimming instructor's, Pankaj and Naveen are great people, and excellent teachers. The club has a well maintained swimming pool that is always clean and well-sanitized. The water temperature is just right, and the pool is large enough to accommodate multiple swimmers at once. The facilities around the pool are also top-notch with the facilities of sauna and steam too! Pankaj, the swimming instructor, is a true professional who knows how to push his students to reach their full potential, He takes the time to understand each student's needs and tailor his teaching methods accordingly. He is patient, friendly, and always willing to answer any questions that his students may have. Same goes on with Naveen sir, he is also a great guy and I also had a good experience with him too! But yeah as a matter of fact under both Pankaj and Naveen sir's guidance, I have seen a significant improvement in my swimming skills in just a few weeks. He has helped me correct my strokes and improve my breathing technique, which has resulted in increased stamina and confidence in the water. Another thing I would like to mention is that the whole staff is very friendly and great too! Till now my experience with infinitea has been great and I hope it stays that way! Overall, I would highly recommend Infinitea sports club to anyone looking for a top-notch sports facility in Palampur. The swimming program, in particular, is outstanding, thanks to the excellent facilities and the expertise of both the swimming instructors!!
