It is Best property of Palampur. Well, not just of Palampur but I think one of the best ones of India in terms of Hospitality, quality of food (not coffees), ambience, location and Infrastructure. It meets almost all the requirements for a luxurious stay. Staff is well trained and humble. For booking, before going for online booking, I think one should call the property directly (Google map contact of the property) for a better deal. In our booking we saved a lot by doing this. They have 8 luxury suite rooms at this property (yep, that’s all they have). All are similar in size and look. Only views of outside would be different but views are beautiful from every room. Not just their rooms but their washrooms are also quite spacious and comfortable and luxury. Classy vintage interior and lights you will love for sure. For relaxing, you have nice jacuzzi in the washroom with ambient lights and good showers. While relaxing in jacuzzi, you can enjoy the view of mountains also by opening up the window. Well, we enjoyed this property to its best. We have stayed in other properties also of this area like sarovar but this was the best. They have their private tea garden also where you can enjoy your high tea in peace. They will arrange it for you if you will ask. Staff did everything for us during our stay which made us feel like we are staying in some taj property only as such a hospitality we have enjoyed at taj properties only.
