All items sold here are prepared in-house. Goid taste and cocktail juice here is awesome and must try item cost only Rs. 25/- per glass. Many snacks and bakery items, including cakes and fries available here. Prepared items are very limited, and they don't last much. So most of the items are over in the late evening. This bakery has been existing for atleast 25 yrs now. There are some delicacies that have stood the test of times. The humble sweet puffs and egg puffs are two of them. The sweet puffs is very unique and just melts in your mouth. But ensure that you go before 6 PM else you will not get them. They are ready by 3PM. The bakery as such does not have much ambience and may bring about a doubt in you, but be assured that the taste will make up for this. The fruit cake is another that has not changed in 25 yrs. There may be the more famous Supreme bakers that has spread it's wings throughout Kollam, but The INdian Bakery at the kadappakada Junction will always remain my favourite in Kollam. Long live...
