I stopped by Amala Bakery at Shanker's Junction, Kollam, craving an Uzhunnuvada and hot tea. While Amala Bakery may not be the best in town, it's definitely a reliable option. The vada was crispy outside, soft inside, and paired perfectly with the flavorful tea. Service was prompt, and prices were reasonable. A no-frills bakery with good, comforting food.. I see all reviews but I am not sure about that because. Weekly two times I visit here and drink juice some time coffee. Morning time bakery items is very fresh and hot anyway I really enjoy
