Food delivery is a big plus of Icy Panda. Many visitors say that waiters serve good rolls, pies and paneer here. Don't forget to enjoy tasty strawberry ice cream, brownies and creamy cakes at this place. The gracious staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Most reviewers mark that the service is terrific. At this spot, people can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. But google users haven't given Icy Panda a high rating.

I had a very disappointing experience with this cake shop. I specifically ordered a chocolate truffle cake, but what I received was something entirely different—both in taste and texture. When I contacted them to point out the mistake, instead of acknowledging it or offering a resolution, they insisted that what they provided was indeed chocolate truffle. It’s incredibly frustrating when a business doesn’t take responsibility for a clear error and tries to justify it instead. As a customer, I expect honesty and accountability—especially when it comes to food orders for special occasions. Sadly, this experience has left a bad taste, quite literally. I won’t be returning or recommending this place.
