I visited Jagdamba Sweet and ordered dosa. The experience was poor from start to end. The taste was unacceptable. The dosa had no proper flavor. It felt stale and poorly prepared. There was no balance in texture or seasoning. This is basic food and they failed at it. The environment was worse. The place had a bad smell. It made eating uncomfortable. Cleanliness was clearly ignored. This alone is enough reason to avoid the place. Service quality was the worst part. Staff showed no interest. Response was slow. There was no basic courtesy. You wait and no one cares. This is not how food service works. Food quality was very low. Ingredients felt cheap. Preparation lacked care. There was no freshness. You can taste the negligence. Prices are too high compared to nearby restaurants and hotels. The food does not justify the cost at all. You pay more and get nothing in return. Overall rating is 1 out of 5. Poor taste. Bad smell. Worst service. Low food quality. Overpriced. This place needs serious improvement in hygiene, staff training, food preparation, and pricing. Until then, it is not recommended.
