I must admit Shillong maybe the CAKE CAPITAL for ages but the trademark wasn't just made in a day and when one comes across a Connoisseur like Ms.Iaida, one would hate to differ for it all comes down to this " FOOD REALLY IS A MATTER OF THE HEART!" Every delicacy I had the chance of gapping and relishing from here on my first visit was mouth-watering and heartwarming at once. I loved the Cheesecakes. All hearts
