The hotel offers an excellent stay experience—the rooms are spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The overall property is impressive and provides great value for guests looking for a relaxing and clean environment. While the in-house restaurant has potential, we did face some challenges with the service. The staff, though courteous at times, seemed slightly uncoordinated with the kitchen, which led to some confusion regarding item availability. On a few occasions, we were informed about unavailable dishes only after placing our order, which took away from an otherwise enjoyable dining experience. Even requesting additional portions required follow-ups. That said, with a little more focus on internal communication and guest attentiveness, the restaurant can easily match the high standards set by the rest of the hotel. We hope to see improvements on our next visit! Service: 4

We have visited this hotel on May, 2025. This is an old property but very well maintained. The owner spend a huge money. The food and ambience are very good. The staffs are very helpful. The breakfast is fantastic. They provide food in huge quantity, one plate of vegetable/chicken is enough for three adults. I would recommend this hotel for others. Service: 5

It was an unplanned tour to Darjeeling, however Hotel Villa Everest made it very comfortable and pleasant stay. Me and my family had a wonderful time here. Downtown is at walking distance from the hotel location. After the long and tiring stroll around the town, Hotel Villa Everest made our stay warm and made us feel like at home. Food was very fresh, clean and delicious. The interior of the hotel was magnificent. All the staff and manager were very helpful and polite. Rooms were neat and clean. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the team of Hotel Villa Everest for making our stay comfy and home-like.
