After enjoying Himalayan Tibet Museum, go to this restaurant which is not far away. Visitors don't highly appreciate suppli at Hotel Valentino. This place is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. If you want to see the good decor, you'll find it here. My stay at Hotel Valentino in Darjeeling was extremely disappointing and far from what was promised over the phone. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The hotel is located in a very unpleasant area—you have to literally cross a dump yard to reach the hotel. The approach is narrow, dirty, and inconvenient. To make matters worse, taxis cannot reach the hotel entrance, so you’re left dragging your luggage through steep and dirty paths. The hotel staff charged us an extra ₹200 to ₹600 just to carry luggage from the taxi stand to the hotel. This was never mentioned during the booking and felt like an unfair and forced charge. The food was tasteless, cold, too much spicy and poorly cooked. The hygiene of the dining area was questionable. The rooms were in poor shape—dirty bedsheets, leaking taps, damp smell, and outdated facilities. It was nothing like the pictures shown online. Overall, this was a completely unpleasant experience and not worth the money. I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both the infrastructure and the service. Having very good experience. Most important part of this hotel is the Kanchanjungha view from rooftop and the night view of Darjeeling is amazing. Room is neat and clean and quiet. Food is also available at the hotel as per your taste and quality is good. Reception staffs and manager is very co operative. Service: 5

We booked a view room on third floor.The room was clean,good view from window. Service is satisfactory.Bathroom is very clean and hygienic.24 hrs.hot water .My husband and I just love this place at our rate.Reception was always sincere and polite. Definately guys go for it. Service: 4
