Burger cartel is located in the heart of Darjeeling. The restaurant is located on the upstairs floor and I must say that it is very nicely decorated – the furnishings, painting, music, furniture, and everything else – it’s definitely definitely on par with anything you’ll find in Europe or North America. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The menu offers a wide selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, including smoothies, milkshakes, sodas, pizza, burgers, Korean barbecue, rice bowls, pad Thai, noodles, potato wedges, french fries, onion rings, etc. I visited in January 2025 and ordered an Oreo milkshake, crispy paneer burger, as well as mushroom and onion pizza and I must say that all three were top notch. Very high-quality and very well done overall. I would highly recommend this place if you’re in Darjeeling. You won’t be disappointed. Had lunch at Burger Cartel Kurseong, and I just have to say—the service and behavior here are incredible, like wow. The people are genuinely some of the nicest I’ve ever met, such a warm and welcoming bunch! And the food? Absolutely top-tier, if not better. This place easily stands out as one of the best restaurants I’ve been to, and the staff are just the sweetest. Huge shoutout to the team for making the experience so amazing!
