Good Hotel for outdoor dining, Good quality of food multiple options and number of dishes available in vegetarian food. Good and fast service, ambient atmosphere. There is party hall and ground with stage also available for doing social and family functions. Highly recommend for outdoor dining. Very bad experience at Hotel Unity. Last night, we visited Hotel Unity for dinner with our society friends. I ordered dal khichdi for my 2-year-old baby. Within 10 minutes, the dish was served, but to my shock, I found a metal wire clearly visible on top of the khichdi. I immediately complained to the hotel manager. He claimed that it might have come from dishwashing, as they use a metal scrub pad (stainless steel brush), and that it may have been left on the plate. However, this explanation is unacceptable because the metal wire was found on the food itself, not on the plate. I asked a serious question: If my daughter had swallowed it, who would have been responsible? There was no proper answer from the hotel staff or management. This incident shows a complete lack of hygiene and food safety, especially when food is served to a small child. How can such negligence be allowed? This is extremely dangerous and totally unacceptable. All our society friends were shocked and angry after seeing this. Due to this incident, we did not take dinner at the hotel. I believe the same could happen to other customers as well if strict hygiene standards are not followed. Serving such unsafe food is not acceptable at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Meal type: Dinner
