Visited Fancy Dosa recently and honestly, if you're looking for authentic South Indian taste, this is not the place. The dosa didn’t feel authentic at all more like a North Indian version with a twist. Surprisingly, they served pav bhaji bhaji with the dosa, which is quite unusual. When I asked the staff about it, they said “All places in Bharuch serve it like this” which was a strange justification...... Also, the portion size felt quite small considering the price. Definitely not value for money if you're expecting a traditional South Indian experience..... However, if you’re someone who enjoys trying fusion dishes or paneer-filled fancy dosas just for the name and presentation, you might like it..... But for authenticity lovers this place is a skip.
