TRIDEV HOTEL VARANASI is superb. Location: Next to Kalbhairav temple and is near to all important temples. Room: Very spacious with all A+++ facilities. Breakfast: Very good spread with verity of food. Lunch/Dinner: Value for money. Reception and other staff: very courteous and always helpful. Sales Manager Dixit was exceptionally good and he even arranged a boat to witness Dhoop Aarathi during Sunrise. Rahul, Chef also prepared and served excellent veg dishes. Overall I would rate TRIDEV HOTEL as one of the finest hotels in Varanasi. Shivaji A Shetty Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

In first week of March 2025, we went for Kasi trip. Our agency has arranged stay at this hotel. As per itenary breakfast and dinner planned on this hotel. First 3 days, buffet was superb. Had good amount of food on all varieties. But last 2 days, very bad. Over spicy, no much variety, no fruits, no curd. Last day they behaved very worst. Served us a pack of spicy rice (so called biriyani) with chilli sauce packets. All are 70+, travelled from South India. The hotel walla knows very well that we can't eat that spicy. Still they packed such a bad food and also expects us to stand in their corridor and eat. What a nasty mindset they have. Who gave star rating for such hotels. Never go here.
