See Gandhi Maidan by default, the guests' piece of advice is to come to this restaurant as well. Chinese cuisine under the direction of the talented chef is gorgeous here. You are offered to eat perfectly cooked mushroom soup, tandoori naan and butter chicken. Hotel The Panache offers good coffee among its drinks.
The great location of this place makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. The professional staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The fine service demonstrates a high level of quality at this spot. From the visitors' viewpoint, prices are democratic. The terrific decor and cozy ambiance let clients feel relaxed here. So we threw my brother reception party there thinking it to be one of the best place in Patna. But it turned out to be one of the worst. 1 star was also too much for it knowing the per plate charges are so hefty. 1. Entrance - the party is at 7th and 8th floor. you are allowed to enter only if you come in car. We came via auto as our house was nearby and was insulted by Darbaan. 2. As soon as you enter the party hall ,the hall smelled so dirty. I requested to the manager to spray perfume but he ignored as if he was doing charity by allowing us to enter. 3. The table cloth of the hall were so dirty and when i asked them to change it, they ignored it as usual. 4. For all the work, I had to call my husband or any male member of the family and get the work done, because apparently they cannot take instruction from women. 5. They took 18k for the DJ but they didn't even had dj floor. They just put a plastic mat with colourful circles. DJ was requested to play bhojpuri songs but he didn't play because bhojpuri songs are vulgar as per him. Then i asked him for some english songs which he didnt understand. He was clearly not a DJ but some local staff who doesn’t understand anything about beinga DJ or any knowledge on songs. He stopped the song straight at 10pm stating he cannot play more songs referring to state mandate. State mandate is for music outside after 10pm not inside boring songs. 6.overall staff and manager were truly rude and indecent. People be aware of organising any party function because they just loot people with high price and no service. Service: 1

I want to tell that my name is Sanjeet Kumar Singh and my employe id is 2443 I worked in Hotel The Panache Patna for 2 months but due to some special reason I left that organization without informing anyone. I might have made a little mistake here but I want to tell the new staff to do proper verification before joining here. In the accommodation here the staff is treated like pigs. Five to six people are made to sit in one room where there is no security for their belongings. A boy's mobile and my adapter were stolen from the room in which I lived. As far as I know about the thief, but when a complaint was made to the HR department, the reply came that what should we do? Take care of your belongings yourself. I want to ask whether this is a bus, train, public palace etc. where one should be cautious of pickpockets. After that when you are going to join food and beverage service, you are called a restaurant and put in a banquet where there is outdoor catering as well where you are asked to lift heavy things. You will get to see tables which are made of iron. Water, food and many other things which are used for ODC and even after going there you have to work like dogs and the orders are given by people who don't even know how to speak. If they are given a pen, they won't be able to write their name. After seeing all this, I left the hotel but worked honestly for 2 months. Whereas my payment of one month was also hold by the HR department. Service: 1
