Clean rooms , spacious parking , excellent location for patna and good food with local taste. I liked the stay. Price is bit higher side but better than a lot of similar priced hotel from same locality. Service: 5

I want to tell that my name is Sanjeet Kumar Singh and my employe id is 2443 I worked in Hotel The Panache Patna for 2 months but due to some special reason I left that organization without informing anyone. I might have made a little mistake here but I want to tell the new staff to do proper verification before joining here. In the accommodation here the staff is treated like pigs. Five to six people are made to sit in one room where there is no security for their belongings. A boy's mobile and my adapter were stolen from the room in which I lived. As far as I know about the thief, but when a complaint was made to the HR department, the reply came that what should we do? Take care of your belongings yourself. I want to ask whether this is a bus, train, public palace etc. where one should be cautious of pickpockets. After that when you are going to join food and beverage service, you are called a restaurant and put in a banquet where there is outdoor catering as well where you are asked to lift heavy things. You will get to see tables which are made of iron. Water, food and many other things which are used for ODC and even after going there you have to work like dogs and the orders are given by people who don't even know how to speak. If they are given a pen, they won't be able to write their name. After seeing all this, I left the hotel but worked honestly for 2 months. Whereas my payment of one month was also hold by the HR department. Service: 1
