We visited the restaurant on 8th March the starter was okaish but the chilli chicken was very nice but as we moved further with the main course it was upsetting and the taste wasn't soulful , breads and naans were not crunch even though we instructed two three times regarding this though they didn't took seriously , 1. Service is mismanaged 2. They need to work on their staffing 3. No sufficient amount of cutlery was there on the table we had to keep asking for it. 4. The napkins and tissue paper again we had to ask for it 3 times. 5. Main course was upsetting the chicken wasn't upto the expectations 6. Naan and breads were bad 7. We had white sauce pasta but they didn't serve chilli flakes and oregano woww what a great service it was. NOTE: WE HAD GOOD EXPECTATIONS FROM THIS PLACE BUT IT WAS RUINED IF THE OWNER REALLY CARE ABOUT ALL THIS THEN KINDLY IMPROVE ALL THIS. I am writing to bring to your attention for Restaurant owner, a concerning issue I encountered during my recent visit 5th Oct 2025, to your Patna location for lunch with my family. When we received our bill, I noticed a significant discrepancy regarding the pricing of a cold drink. The bill listed the price as Rs.125, while the price stated on the cold drink can was only Rs.40. Upon raising this concern with the restaurant manager, they informed that this was our pricing policy. I also pointed out that the price of the bottled water on the bill matched the retail price of Rs. 60, which emphasizes the inconsistency in the cold drink pricing. Regrettably, I did not receive a satisfactory answer, and the manager suggested that you fill out a feedback form. However, I believe that this does not address the core issue at hand. I kindly request you to review this matter as a priority. It is essential for customers to receive fair and transparent pricing to maintain trust and satisfaction.
