I am writing to bring to your attention for Restaurant owner, a concerning issue I encountered during my recent visit 5th Oct 2025, to your Patna location for lunch with my family. When we received our bill, I noticed a significant discrepancy regarding the pricing of a cold drink. The bill listed the price as Rs.125, while the price stated on the cold drink can was only Rs.40. Upon raising this concern with the restaurant manager, they informed that this was our pricing policy. I also pointed out that the price of the bottled water on the bill matched the retail price of Rs. 60, which emphasizes the inconsistency in the cold drink pricing. Regrettably, I did not receive a satisfactory answer, and the manager suggested that you fill out a feedback form. However, I believe that this does not address the core issue at hand. I kindly request you to review this matter as a priority. It is essential for customers to receive fair and transparent pricing to maintain trust and satisfaction.
