From check-in to check-out, Hotel The Basil Park exceeded all expectations, making my stay a truly delightful and enchanting experience. The warm hospitality and care of Debashish and the staff made the whole event most memorable. The function held at the hotel was flawlessly executed, with the banquet managers and chef team executed everything seamlessly. The beautifully decorated function by Amarlal decorators added charm to the event. The food quality at the restaurant and at the banquet is so delicious and yet so well balanced in taste that now we'd always opt for Basil Park for it. Throughout our stay, the staff's attentiveness ensured that I lacked for nothing. Their promptness and dedication added a points to my retreat. I am genuinely grateful to Debashish and the team at Hotel The Basil Park for creating a memorable experience. Thank you so much everyone!
