VERY BED EXPIRIENCE OF HOTEL STAFG - I stayed at this Hotel at room no 712 on 6 th march 25 . Though parking was given to my car While check in at 5 pm & my driver accommodation was also confirmed at Hotel Dormetory , after some time i went to attend marriage function while returning from marriage function on same day at 11 .30 pm night., rudely Gaurd & night Staff refused my driver to allow my car at Hotel parking & stay of driver in dormitory was also refused , saying it is full & night guard not aware of day time confirmation . so how poor management ? . . WHERE I WILL SUDDENLY SEND MY DRIVER FOR STAY AT NIGHT 12 OCLOCK ? WHERE I WILL PARK MY CAR ? While staying in so called five star Hotel ? if no proper parking for room occupants then how doubtfully building plans of this hotel was approved ? either wick higher management not able to synchronize /lack of communication between Day staff & night staff . None of staff was seen apologic ,
