1. Local water bottles in room 2. No recharge in TV 3. Only one or two options of Breakfast that too Poha and Bread only. 4. Very unprofessional service staff behaviour. They start playing mobile reels in your room and will sit outside on stairs talking to each other on high speech. 5. Last but not the least very foul smell at few places specially 01 series room. The hotel is good. Rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel does have parking but it's right infront, there is a guard to watch your cars over the night. A dedicated driver to park your car in case you find it difficult to park yourself. The hotel has its own restaurant just adjacent to it. Staff was good and supportive but the room service was a bit slow. You can prefer this place for a decent stay in the price. Service: 4

Rooms are good . We ordered tea and we received cold tea. Not sure what made them do this. Not happy with the service. Service: 3
