I booked three Deluxe AC rooms at Hotel Shlok for six of my family members and relatives from January 5th to 8th. The stay was very comfortable, with spacious and clean rooms, excellent hospitality, prompt service, and delicious food at the restaurant. The staff, including receptionists, housekeeping, and security, were very caring and attentive. The food service was also impressive—they customized meals to suit our preferences. For example, when we requested food without garlic, they accommodated it perfectly. On the last day, we requested puri and aloo sabji for breakfast, and they thoughtfully prepared it for us. Initially, I was hesitant to book this hotel due to some negative reviews. However, after experiencing the stay, I can confidently say this hotel far exceeded expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay and dine. Service: 5
