Completely dissatisfied. This food ruined our anniversary celebration. Gulabjamun was hell and was not good enough to eat, we had to literally through it away. Only tandori roti was eatable.

I didn’t know about this restaurant, but I stopped here because it’s on the highway and I was hungry. The food at Hotel Shiv Sagar was very tasty, especially the Paneer Butter Masala Dosa. The dosa was perfectly warm, and the chutneys were flavorful. However, one major downside to my experience was the noise coming from the kitchen. The staff were shouting at each other, which made the atmosphere inside the restaurant quite uncomfortable. There’s definitely a need for better management of the staff to improve the overall dining experience. If I have the chance to visit again, I’d still come back because I enjoyed the food, but I hope to see some improvements in the internal management."
