My recent visit to hotel shangeeni was marred by an unfortunate incident. To my dismay, I found Crocroach in the soup I ordered. The sight was highly unappetizing and raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness. The staff's response was disappointing, lacking in accountability. This experience has left me hesitant to return or recommend hotel shangeeni until they address their hygiene and service issues promptly.. Food: 1 Service: 1
