The key aspect of this restaurant is Chinese and Indian cuisines. In accordance with the guests' opinions, waiters offer good chicken shawarma, paneer and filet américain here. Food delivery is a big plus of Hotel Samadhan. The high ratings of this place wouldn't be possible without the hospitable staff. Spectacular service is something that guests note in their comments. *1/5 stars* My recent visit at Hotel Samadhan was a huge disappointment. The bombil fish dish was subpar, and the chicken fried rice was smelly, which made me sick with stomach ache after I got home. To top it off, the price of a Pepsi bottle was outrageous. *Major Issues:* - *Food Quality*: The bombil fish wasn't cooked well, and the chi fried rice had a strong odor that seemed off. - *Food Safety*: Consuming the food led to a stomach ache, raising serious concerns about the kitchen's hygiene standards. - *Pricing*: The cost of a Pepsi bottle was unreasonably high. *Comparison to Past Experience:* Unfortunately, my experience this time around was a far cry from the nice experiences I had at Hotel Samadhan in the past year. It seems like the quality of food and service has declined significantly. *Recommendation:* Until Hotel Samadhan improves its food quality, safety, and pricing, I would advise others to explore alternative options. I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience my family and I had at your establishment, Samadhan Hotel, on [date]. Unfortunately, our visit was far from satisfactory due to the poor service we encountered.

We had ordered a Chicken Biryani parcel, but upon reaching home, we discovered that we were given Egg Biryani instead. When we contacted the hotel to report the mistake, we were informed that the order could not be exchanged as per the manager’s instructions.

Such an experience is deeply disappointing, especially given that we expected better service and accountability from a reputed establishment like yours. We believe that customer satisfaction should be a priority, and this situation was handled poorly.
