We got a few veg dishes, and a few non-veg. The taste was delicious, both the veg and the non-veg dishes were upto the standards my hungry and picky stomach had set . I absolutely devoured every dish I had ordered . Will most definitely visit again Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection, Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience my family and I had at your establishment, Samadhan Hotel, on [date]. Unfortunately, our visit was far from satisfactory due to the poor service we encountered.

We had ordered a Chicken Biryani parcel, but upon reaching home, we discovered that we were given Egg Biryani instead. When we contacted the hotel to report the mistake, we were informed that the order could not be exchanged as per the manager’s instructions.

Such an experience is deeply disappointing, especially given that we expected better service and accountability from a reputed establishment like yours. We believe that customer satisfaction should be a priority, and this situation was handled poorly.

I request you to address this matter appropriately to ensure such incidents are avoided in the future. I trust you will take this feedback constructively and improve your service standards.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Samadhan. First and foremost, the food quality was appalling. The food served was not fresh and lacked any sort of proper hygiene. I noticed that the dishes seemed unclean, and the taste was bland, making it hard to enjoy. It’s frustrating when you expect a basic standard of cleanliness and quality, but it was evident that both were completely ignored here. Additionally, the service was a huge letdown. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in providing any level of hospitality. I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for even basic requests, and when they did respond, it was with a lack of professionalism. Overall, I would not recommend Hotel Samadhan to anyone. Poor hygiene, subpar food, and lackluster service made it an awful stay. It’s a place that definitely needs to make some serious improvements if they want to keep guests satisfied.
