1/5 Stars - Absolute Robbers! Avoid SDM Golden Tower at All Costs! Worst hotel experience in Rameswaram—stay away! The staff showed zero cooperation from check-in; they have a robber-like attitude, treating guests like ATMs. Food was disgusting—inedible slop that no one should touch. Bathrooms are tiny, cramped closets unfit for humans. To dodge MakeMyTrip reviews, they force offline bookings and share a QR code for “easy credit card payment.” That’s their trap! Pay via card, and the payment operator deducts tax/TDS as usual—but then they hit you up for the full amount AGAIN, plus extra, taking double whatever they demand. Pure scam! Breakfast? Forget it if you’re even a single minute late; no mercy, no food. These people are robbers in the hotel industry. I’ll never step foot here again—total rip-off! Service: 1

Dear Sir/Mam, Thank you for your valuable stay in our hotel .Kindly note , your actual check in 12.00 PM only , But you are arrived hotel at earlier & Also asking for early check in at same time .Our reception people ready to give the room with one request guest have to check out after 24 hours & Before booking advance we are already inform for Credit card payment service tax charges . Check in time you are accepting all & using all amenities . After 24hours your not ready to check out & Not ready to pay Credit card payment charges .Kindly don't share fake & wrong Review against our hospitality for upcoming guest .

Very worst service. No proper car parking. Rooms are not properly maintained. Staff are not polite , Even street food got better taste than this hotel food. they don't even cleaning the tables after eating. Poor service . Pls don't visit Service: 1
