Avoid 'The Greasy Spoon Diner' at all costs. From the moment we pulled up, the lack of any parking was a clear sign of things to come. Inside, the service was unbelievably slow, and the staff seemed more interested in gossiping than attending to customers. Our waiter was not just inattentive but downright rude, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than paying guests. The food, when it finally arrived, was forgettable, but frankly, the appalling service and the staff's utterly unprofessional behaviour overshadowed everything. I ordered Idiyappam thru Zomato with Hotel Saravana Bhavan today. Firstly, the HSB branding was missing in the box and the bill. Secondly, the kurma sent was extremely spicy and wondering whether this is the sam Saravana Bhavan that I had excellent food a few years back. Something is seriously wrong with the quality and the taste. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Delivery Meal type: Brunch
