1 Star - Repeatedly Disappointing Dine-in Experience I rarely write reviews, but after multiple poor experiences at Sagarika Hotel, it's necessary to share feedback. Despite giving this place several chances, the dine-in service continues to be extremely disappointing: Slow and unresponsive staff – even basic orders take far too long. Lack of coordination – wrong dishes served, and repeated reminders are needed for simple requests. No sense of hospitality – zero attention to customer comfort or satisfaction. Cleanliness and table maintenance are not up to standard either. What’s worse is that this isn’t a one-time issue – it’s a pattern of neglect and mismanagement. The food might be acceptable, but poor service ruins the entire experience. Unless there is a serious improvement in how they handle dine-in guests, I cannot recommend Sagarika Hotel for a pleasant or professional dining experience.

The prices are too high every dish start above 350/- and quantity according to price is too much less. You will get more rice quantity even in half plate outside but not here even in full plate. Washrooms are pathetic,no cleanliness at all.
