I recently placed an order with Rasoi Restaurant, Gondia Junction, which included two items: Chicken Churry and Chicken Rogan Josh. Shortly after placing the order, I decided to cancel the Chicken Churry and immediately contacted the restaurant. I spoke with a staff member who confirmed that the cancellation was accepted. However, despite this confirmation, the delivery person still delivered both items. I informed him that I had canceled one item and even showed him the screenshot of the cancellation, but he refused to acknowledge it and insisted on delivering both. Additionally, the food quality was very disappointing. The dish was extremely spicy with no balanced flavor — it felt like eating only spices, not a properly prepared meal. If the restaurant is charging a premium price, then customers should expect both quality service and good food. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both service coordination and food standards. Food: 1 Service: 1
