After almost 23 years, I was back at Hotel Sagar. This restaurant used to be one of my favorites back then, and this time again, no complaints! We ordered the Beef Roast, the Spring Chicken Dry Fry and some Porotas. Each and every dish was superb but the Spring Chicken Dry Fry took the crown! The fried coconut bits added to the flavour. Absolutely spectacular dish! The Beef Roast was awesome too and tbe Porotas were light and flaky, absolutely lipsmacking. Overall, happy to have got the same quality great food that I had at Sagar about 23 years ago. Highly recommended.
