Food 4/5 Service 4/5 Ambience 3/5 Chicken Malai Tikka Roll - Rs.100/- (4/5) Beef Seekh Kebab Roll - Rs. 80/- (4/5) Hello Foodies, Today I got a chance to try out tasty and budget friendly rolls from The Kebab Shop, located near to Tagore Hall, Calicut. They serve Tikka, Kebab, Alfaham, Rolls and Platters. The main highlight would say is the price over here, not just rolls even the Alfaham was priced at 299/- for full portion and that is a good deal in Calicut. Tried their chicken tikka and beef seekh kebab rolls and I personally liked it. Wrapped in a rumali roti along with some veggies and sauces, it is a good snack option. So talking about the place, it is located on the road next to Tagore Hall, Calicut along with some other food joints. They have limited seating space, can accommodate around 5-6 people during evening time and some additional seats during night time when the nearby shops are closed. Don’t expect a great ambience, you can enjoy food like in a street vibe. Parcel options are mostly preferred due to limited seats. Since all the items are prepared as per order and served hot, you might require to wait for sometime. But yeah, the food tastes good and I felt worth for the price.
