We recently visited this place after reading the reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The service did not meet expectations at all. The staff behavior was very poor and unprofessional, and they did not know how to speak or behave properly with customers. Most of the items listed on the menu were unavailable. The staff kept saying that they only had biryani, and for vegetarian options, there were only 2–3 items, which was very frustrating. This was not informed beforehand, and no proper explanation or apology was given. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and not worth the time or money. I would not recommend Hotel Swadisht. Instead, a much better option is Hotel Swati Veg, which is located exactly opposite and offers better food and service. I recently dined at Hotel Swadisht Brahmavara , and I must say, their chicken and mutton biryani are absolutely outstanding! Each bite was bursting with flavor, The mutton was tender and rich. I also tried their kulcha, which was soft, fluffy, It’s a must-try! What truly made my experience special was the staff. They were incredibly humble and attentive, always ready to help and ensure that I had everything I needed. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. If you're looking for delicious biryani and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend Hotel Swadisht Brahmavara, Can't wait to go back!
