We visited this hotel 1 week back from Bangladesh. It was opened in last year & has become famous due to their hospitality. The staffs are cordial and their food are really tasty.Next day we had a early morning outing & they made breakfast very early for us. Service: 5

We, a 30+ member friends and families, from Kerala, visited Shillong in April 2024. We stayed in this hotel on a Saturday and Monday. The Sunday stay was at Chirapunji. We feel like staying with a family there. The host was very friendly and caring. They were taking care of every request we asked adhoc after reaching there. The staff was very courteous especially the lady and her sister at the reception. We had notified our Tour Operator to make the check-in smooth as we were arriving tired. It was literally a walk in there than check in. It was so smooth!! They have suite rooms as well, which we came to know later. They were willing to spare that too when asked. When I fell sick and reached the hotel, the attention I received from them was awesome.. it started from medicine to a special heater in room. They do have a party room with a music system. Also they gave us the dress of Shillong ladies and helped to wear that and take photos.! Watch out the lift never overload that... To get an early morning tea I did a morning walk in started to the immediate left from hotel and reached back doing a trekking from the steps in the right side of the hotel. The second walk through the second left was successful. Thank you team for hosting us and be tolerant to our noise, adhoc requests and we overloading the lift.. Service: 5

Hotel Royal Green Itshyrwat Shillong is one of the best n Clean Hotel in Shillong, after Inauguration we were the first Guests who check in Hotel. Service: 5
