I booked room from Agoda, they denied for check-in by mentioning that you booked in very good deal, and this is very low amount so you need to paid extra or talk to Agoda, I had word with Agoda and they said, they are not able to communicate with hotel, if they are asking you to pay then you can pay but please share me the bill of extra money, we will refund the money. Hotel took the money and when I asked for bill, he said I will drop an email when you checkout, next day he said don't worry I will drop an email to Agoda, After few days I called Agoda to check for refund, they said they didn't get any email from hotel. When I called hotel again he was silent as he was lying and didn't send any email to them, Later on he said I will send a pic to you that you paid extra 760 but he sent an email of 760rs charge if someone taking extra bed, this is very money instead of bill he is sending the pic of charges menu, however I paid for everything on Agoda. Now hotel is not responding my messages after charging the extra money Service: 1
