Worst crowd management. Have to wait for so so long. Staffs are least bothered about customers and thier orders, especially if its parcel. They didn't even expand their seating arrangement even after so much demand. Like no progress at all. They don't care. Even though the food is good, the environment makes me leave the place and get the hell out of there. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely loved my visit to RRR and this biryani has not lost its charm thankfully the spices are authentic and the taste is exclusive to the brand. A value for time and money spent always. Never leaving a room for disappointment worth visiting for sure.
