Extremely disappointing experience. We had informed the restaurant well in advance about our group order (over 20 people), yet the food was not prepared on time. The service was unreasonably delayed — by the time all the dishes arrived, half of our group had already finished eating. Basic hospitality was completely missing — no water or cutlery was served, and even the tables were not cleaned properly. To make matters worse, a few extra items were added to the bill that were never served. For a restaurant that claims to handle large groups, the coordination, hygiene, and customer service were highly unprofessional. Definitely not recommended unless there’s a serious improvement in their service standards. Pathetic service. Water not given until end of meal. Had to ask for a jug. They said we should have asked for water if we wanted. Food kept away instead of being served at the table. Had to fetch the food from the counter ourselves. Food quality was unimpressive. And in the end they tried to overcharge us.
