Pathetic service in restaurant. They don't even try to customise item as per customer. Even they refused to reduce the spices . The quality of service has detoriated . Google should give option to rate negative also

The food was very nice, and we really enjoyed our visit. However, even though we came during an off-peak time, the restaurant was still quite busy. It seemed like the staff were under a lot of pressure. We suggest appointing more staff to ensure better service and reduce the load on the current team.

We travel to India every year and enjoy spending some time at Panvel. This time we chose Hotel Peace Park and to our surprise, this place is par excellence. The rooms were very clean, well-lighted, the staff was very courteous, its on the main road and hence very easy to hire an autorickshaw or taxi. The breakfast at 7.30 a.m. is out of this world with lots of choices, fit for a 'Maharajah.' We were very impressed by the assistance and guidance of Sumeet, who was the official on duty at the entrance desk. A well-mannered young man, he was honest, made sure we had everything that we needed during our stay there, took care of our accounts and impressed us so much that we have decided to stay here during our next trip in October 2024.
