Pros: Rooms are Good. Decent space. Scope for improvement also exists considering the weather. Services are excellent with the limited staff. Staffs are polite and helpful. Limited parking available. View from the rooftop restaurant is excellent and restaurant staff are excellent and understanding. Cons: Views from the rooms are not good. The restaurant works only for the gust on demand. The property handle only cash transaction. Card payment option not available. The rates of CP plan to be confirmed from the property as the same is different from the advertisement. The CP plan has limited menu. Need to improve and add varieties in the CP meal/BF plan. Service: 4

One of the best stay in Gangtok. All staff are very very sincere and very attentive to all your queries, Mr. Navin there is very caring and cooperative and took good care of guests. Hotel Breakfast was awesome and even lun and dinner was also good. Also have a outdoor Bike parking space. From the moment I arrived at The Loft in Gangtok, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel right at home. The property itself was a tranquil oasis, nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city. My room boasted a breathtaking view, allowing me to unwind and soak in the natural beauty of Gangtok. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their genuine care and dedication truly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend The Loft to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with impeccable service. Service: 5

My stay at The Loft - Norling Hotel & Spa in Gangtok was really nice. The rooms were super clean and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the food at the hotel was delicious. Being on the highway made it easy to get around by cab, and the hill views were amazing. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gangtok for a comfy stay with great service and beautiful scenery. Service: 5
