We travelled to east sikkim with family with a travel agent. We stayed Bella casa hotel in Gangtok for 2 days. Worst experience. Specially the manager's ( pinaki ghosh ) behaviour was too rude & rough. After we came back from sightseeing, he didn't even agree to give us a cup of tea. He even hesitates to cook for the child. They served same breakfast and dinner for 2 days. The bathroom flush was not working properly. Despite saying they haven't changed any bedsheets or towels for 2 days. The staff's behaviour is good. The manager is behaving as if he is grateful for letting us stay. Such behavior is not expected from a manager.

It was a very good experience in Hotel Bella Casa... awesome amenities and hospitality... we enjoyed it full as 3 star quality hotel in Gangtok... It is near Vazra Mall but far from the Gangtok Mall... Service: 5
