Order the delicious cordial served here. Guests don't highly appreciate tea at this restaurant. There is a magnificent view from Hotel Mayura Sudarshan. Many people point out that the staff is courteous here. This place is remarkable for its nice service. You will appreciate low prices. As for the Google rating, this spot earned 4.3.

The hotel offers a stunning view and a serene location, perfect for relaxation. However, the food is average, and South Indian dishes are not available during lunch or dinner. On the first day, I was assigned a room near the reception, which lacked privacy. I could hear outdoor conversations, and others could likely hear me as well. Thankfully, I was moved to a different room the next day. If you plan to spend most of your time exploring Ooty, staying at this hotel might not be worth it, as you won’t fully enjoy its ambiance and views. I feel its slightly expensive for this basic standard room. Service: 3

Wonderful experience. This hotel has an own independent huge garden. Staff is very polite and provide good service. Food is fantastic. Rooms are huge and spacious. Must book hotel if in ooty Service: 5

We have booked this hotel for 4 days. For 3 days we booked wooden cottage and for 1 day non AC premium room as wooden cottage was not available. In wooden cottage linen was torn. Dental kit (2 brushes and 1 tooth paste in a single kit rather than 2 individual kits) and moisturiser were provided when asked for the same. Receptionist was not even aware if moisturiser is provided. There were no coffee pouches provided and we were informed that they serve only lemon and black tea out of which lemon tea is also not in stock. No dairy whitener was provided which is highly unacceptable. This is for the first time i encountered that hotel is not providing milk sachet and coffee. Now worst part is with non AC premium room where they stated that they don't even provide hand towel, tea sachet, sugar sachet, cups. Linen is stained, room condition is worst with broken tiles, stained walls. Only positive thing about this place is it's location. Receptionist at the counter seems least responsible. Everytime on returning when we asked if water etc were there in room. She would say yes and when we entered room basic drinking water was also not there. Had to call up couple of times to get drinking water. Not a good experience prior to this we had stayed at kstdc coorg where we didn't face such pathetic services. At high prices they are not providing basic facilities of hand towel, coffee sachet, lemon tea sachet(which they them selves stated they provide). Milk sachet, moisturiser, Dental kit, shaving kit. Apart from that linen is torn, walls stained rooms not at all upto the mark. Service: 1
