The rock restaurant cum bar is disgusting in service. We ordered onion fritters and had to wait long for the plates n sauce. Even after waiting For half an hour we've to again personally ask for plates n sauce. The waiters don't even bother to serve happily. They show an attitude as if the customers are not paying money and enjoying free service. I would never recommend this place

We had a very bad experience at this hotel. The management had provided the following which were complimentary but were not given to us.____1. newspaper 2. 2 bottles of mineral water everyday 3.toiletteries etc.4. 24 hr.geyser hot water. It was only when we made our dissatisfactin known to the management that they became aware how badly the staff are running the hotel. The food charge is not only exhorbitant but very poor quality &also stale.
We had been at this hotel last year & were stunned at the detoriation. Hope the management will look intn the poor service provided by the insincere ,couldn't care less service people, working there ,for it gives a very poor picture of the management.
