I recently visited this café with my girlfriend, and the experience was deeply disappointing. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. No staff approached us to take our order or even acknowledge our presence. The person at the counter displayed an indifferent attitude, making it feel like our visit didn’t matter at all. What’s more disheartening is that this café started off well during its initial days. It showed promise with its ambiance and service, and even created a bit of a buzz in the area. However, it seems that the management has completely lost focus. There’s a visible decline in both the upkeep of the space and the quality of service. The café now feels uninviting, poorly maintained, and severely understaffed – almost as if the team running it no longer cares about sustaining the brand or meeting customer expectations. It appears the owners or authorities have become complacent, ignoring the importance of consistent service and customer engagement. In today’s competitive market, such neglect only drives loyal customers away and damages the reputation that might have been built earlier. This place had potential, but without proper management and attention to service quality, it’s quickly becoming just another forgettable café. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements – because right now, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
