Extremely disappointed with this restaurant. For the first 10 minutes, no one came to take our order, and when they finally did, they seemed completely disinterested. The service was very slow despite there being only a few customers. The food took ages to arrive and had a bitter &burnt flavor — clearly poorly prepared. To make things worse, we found a cockroach in our noodles. When we complained, they offered a replacement, but we saw another cockroach near the couch and canceled it. The receptionist didn’t even apologize or offer any compensation — completely unprofessional and careless. Definitely not visiting again.

Bad experience.. Visited there from Siliguri but totally disappointed. I found a cockroach in my meal and they just reacted to replace it rather than feel sorry. Will not visit again definitely and request others to think twice before spending time at that such place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
