We(6pax-colleague) visited here (MAA SANTOSHI RESTAURANT ) on 3rd sep 2025 with high expectations for dinner, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. On entering the restaurant we noticed only 2 service persons. We ordered for soup, starter followed by main course items. Very soon a few more customers arrived. We noticed AC water was dripping on the area on the seat we were. We did not have to wait much for soup & starter items max within 35 mins it was served but cold starter. Further we noticed another person getting added to help the two service guys who informed us he is the owner. Then we entered with a turning point as we pointed towards cold starter items that was served to us. Suddenly the person who pretended to be the owner went rude and unwelcoming behaviour, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable from the start. On top of that, the food that was served cold,really affected the overall quality and enjoyment of the meal. Further the main course got served after 1hr of items ordered Customer service, staff behaviour and food temperature are basic expectations, and sadly to say, all three were lacking during our visit. I hope this feedback seriously works on improving both hospitality and food standards. Really in this restaurant it shows first cum last service, which is never accepted by anyone. Really very disappointed. It's my first and last visit here, certainly I recommend not to visit this please. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
