We booked this hotel for our vacation and due to unfortunate demise in our family, so we were unable to visit shimla, hotel denied for refund and also didn't co-operate us with change in booking dates, such an unprofessional action was that, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone Also I received a mail that conveys that I stayed there and check out the next day and how was my experience" That's completed fraudulent activity, We never stayed there, the staff must be doing some unethical and unacceptable activities

Hotel is neat and clean..staff is very cooperative and its at a walking distance from the mall road.. they have their own parking ..it was an awesome stay
