“Amazing Coastal Food and Warm Hospitality!”. We visited Hotel Kinara, Guhagar for lunch around 2:30 PM on 9th November 2025 as part of our office trip. Our group consisted of 15 people, and we were warmly welcomed by the lady owner, who managed everything efficiently and with a personal touch. Nine of us opted for the non-vegetarian thali, which was absolutely delicious — fresh seafood, authentic coastal flavours, and generous portions. We tried surmai, pomfret, chicken thali, prawns masala, and even saundada fish — which I had never tried before, and it turned out to be superb! Five members of our group wished to have the vegetarian thali, but only three were available at the time, so the remaining two visited another nearby pure-veg restaurant. The restaurant usually closes by 3:30 PM in the afternoon and 9:30 PM at night, so it’s best to visit a little earlier to enjoy the full menu. Overall, the food quality, taste, and service were excellent. A perfect place to enjoy traditional coastal cuisine in Guhagar — highly recommended for seafood lovers!
