During our visit to a Annapurna restaurant in Guhagar, we noticed plenty of tourist buses and cabs around, so we decided to check it out. 1. We ordered the pomfret and surmai thali. The pomfret thali cost ₹550, which seemed quite high for a very small pomfret. 2. The prawns tawa fry also had a small portion and was overpriced. 3. However, we did order the shell fish masala, which was quite delicious. While the taste was good overall, I felt that the prices were excessive. Service: 3

We watch many videos and reels about Anapurna Hotel in Guhagar, and they are definitely worth it due to their great food quality and generous portions. I also want to highlight that the staff and owner are very polite and treat every customer like family. I highly recommend visiting this place. Service: 5

If you're visiting Guhagar and craving authentic, home-style coastal food, Hotel Annapurna is a must-visit spot. Located in the heart of Guhagar, this small yet charming eatery is known for its freshly prepared seafood and traditional Maharashtrian thalis. The highlight of the menu is undoubtedly their fish thali, which features perfectly cooked, fresh catch of the day – whether it's surmai, bangda, or prawns. The fish is lightly spiced, fried or curried, and served with a generous portion of rice, solkadhi, chapati, and bhaji. Each dish is prepared fresh, so you can truly enjoy the flavors of homemade coastal cooking. Apart from seafood, they also serve delicious veg thalis and simple yet satisfying side dishes. The food is not overly oily or spicy – just the right balance of taste and comfort. The ambience is clean and simple, with a friendly staff that makes you feel at home. If you're in Guhagar looking for a meal that captures the essence of Konkani cuisine, Hotel Annapurna is a highly recommended place for a fulfilling lunch or dinner.
