I had an unpleasant experience with the dinner service at [Hotel Kasturi]. The food quality was very poor — not only was the dinner smelly and tasteless, but it was also clear that the same vegetables served in the afternoon were reused at night. This raises serious concerns about food freshness and hygiene. Serving stale food is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry where guest health and satisfaction should be a priority. I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve food quality and maintain proper standards. Definitely not a place I would recommend for dining. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
